THERE ARE wedding fayres and there are wedding fayres. Sixteen other
hotels and organisations had wedding fayres on the same day as Orsett
Hall. But the car park was packed and so was the adjoining field!
There was an array of stalls that lined the suites and halls. Flowers, dresses, hats, singers: even a chimney sweep.
YT spoke to wedding manager, Michelle Williams about the services Orsett Hall provides.

Kim Kardashian Plans Expensive Wedding - Will Get Pregnant Later with Kanye West's Baby?
Kim Kardashian Plans Expensive Wedding - Will Get Pregnant Later with Kanye West's Baby?
Is Kim Kardashian busy with another wedding, while planning to get pregnant after marrying Kanye West?
A new report claims the beautiful reality TV star is reportedly planning a lavish $20 million wedding with Kanye and a baby will follow.
The reality TV star - who has been dating the rapper for eight months and recently returned from a romantic trip to Rome and Venice to celebrate her birthday - is said to be planning to walk down the aisle in a $8.5 million wedding dress as soon as her divorce from basketball player Kris Humphries is made official.
A source told OK! Magazine Kim is already contacting possible wedding planners.
The source said: ''Kim is thinking of using David Tutera, who has [worked with] everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Jewel to Barbara Walters.''
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star is also said to be eager for either their close friend Beyonce or Celine Dion to sing at their special day.
The source said: ''Kim's all-time favourite singer is Celine Dion, and she has had her people reach out to her for a price; usually a private performance runs well over $6 million.
''Another option they're strongly considering is Beyonce, who will be there anyway.
''Kim's dream dress would have real pearls and white diamonds, like the [gown] designed by Yumi Katsura, which cost $8.5 million.''
Kim previously said her next wedding would be very different to her multi-million nuptials with estranged husband Kris.
She said: ''It had always been my dream to have a big wedding, and when people said I'd made it over the top for the show, that was just me: I am over the top. But the next time, I want to do it on an island with just my friends and family and that's it.''

Salon offers free wedding gowns to military brides
HIGHLAND | Brides Across America, Operation Wedding Gown,
will salute U.S. troops in November while making dreams come true for
military brides.
Elegance Wedding & Evening Wear is participating in Brides Across America to provide military brides with a free wedding gown. The Highland salon will host a Brides Across America event Nov. 6 and 7, donating designer wedding gowns to military brides who qualify for the program.
In order to qualify, brides or their fiancé must be serving in the military, either currently deployed or deployed within the last five years, to Iraq, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Libya, Korea or Japan. Identification and deployment papers must be presented at the event to qualify.
Military brides interested in more information about Brides Across America can visit www.bridesacrossamerica.com. Brides must register for the event by logging on to Brides Across America’s website.
For more information about attending the Highland event, call the salon at (219) 923-0977 or visitwww.elegancewedding.net.
Many military brides find it difficult to plan their dream wedding due to deployment, injury or economic circumstances, said Brides Across America founder Heidi Janson. “My goal is to make sure we don’t forget all the servicemen and women overseas fighting for our freedom,” she said.
From coast to coast, bridal salons are honoring veterans by giving away free wedding gowns as a thank you for their service. Brides Across America is a nationwide 501c3 nonprofit organization that focuses on providing free wedding gowns to military brides.
